Grape variety: 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay
Vinification: Maximum rosé brut is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which are harvested in the first half of September. The vineyards are located in different municipalities of the Adige, Cembra and Laghi valleys at altitudes between 300 and 700 meters above sea level. After the second fermentation, the brut is aged on the lees for 36 months.
