The flagship of the company - Riesling from terroir with sandy soils interspersed with granite, slate, gneiss, quartz and mica. This late ripening variety develops unique aromas in vineyards located at higher altitudes. The grapes are harvested by hand from the beginning to the middle of October and processed with care.

Grape variety: Riesling

Vinification: fermentation and subsequent maturing in large acacia barrels (10 months) on coarse lees, followed by bottle sedimentation (12 months).

Tasting notes: Bright yellow color with shades of green. Nose: apricot, peach and citrus fruits; structured acidity and mineral notes.

Alcohol content: 13 % vol.

Food pairing: aperitifs, fish and seafood, poultry

Serve at 10°-12°C
