Handpicked from select vineyards in the heart of Tuscany, this Rosso di Montalcino captures the essence of the region's terroir. The sun-drenched hills, fertile soils, and gentle Mediterranean breeze infuse the grapes with a unique character that is distinctly Tuscan.
Grape variety: Clonal selection of Sangiovese, locally called Brunello.
Vinification: Manual harvest, with accurate grape selection of the best bunches. Fermentation on the skins for 15 days at controlled temperature below 28°C in 60 and 80 hl short and wide stainless steel tanks. 12 months in cask and stainless steel, to preserve freshness.
Tasting notes: Intense ruby red. Nose: wide and inviting. Very distinct primary fruit of Sangiovese. On the palate: great balance between volume and elegance, with a vertical structure.
