This wine has a white and creamy froth, a deep straw-yellow with green shades colour and a thin perlage. The scent expresses an aroma of yeast with grassy and hawthorn blossoms perfume. its fresh almond’s flavour is agreeable and soft to the palate.

Grape variety: Pecorino

Vinification: The decanted must is fermented with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. Refinement 3 months in bottle.

Tasting notes: White and creamy foam, strong and brilliant straw-yellow color with green reflections, fine perlage. The nose reveals fragrant notes of yeast, followed by floral aromas of lime blossom and hawthorn, all on a pleasant mineral background. In the mouth, it is enveloping, pleasantly fresh, soft, with a strong structure and excellent harmony with the sensations already perceived in the nose and a finish of fresh almonds.

Food pairing: aperitifs, starters with and without fish, Ascolana olives.

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol. 

Serve at 8-10°C
