The grapes Lacrima produced with modern wine technologies gives origin to this purple red wine with violet shades characterized from a berries scent and a persistent and pleasant flavor.

Grape variety: Lacrima

Vinification: Traditional red in stainless steel vats with daily "punching down" for approx 10 days. Ageing: 6 months in stainless steel vat and 3 months in a bottle.

Tasting notes: Purple red colour with violet shades. Nose: Bouquet of wild berries. On the palate: pleasant, persistant and medium-bodied.

Food pairing: Pizza, pasta, aged cheeses

Alcohol content: 13% vol. 

Serve at 16°-18°C
