Tasting notes: vivid ruby red with garnet reflections. Nose: Intense with hints of ripe sour cherries and wilting. Spicy notes of licorice and balsamic notes of eucalyptus. On the palate: soft, silky and well-balanced, with a long-lasting finish.

Food pairing: meat dishes, roasts, delicate game and mature cheeses

Alcohol content: 15 % vol.
