Grape variety: Sangiovese, Pinot nero 

Vinification: Fermentation in wooden barrels from 15HL to 25HL with pressing two to three times a day.The refinement of the Pinot Noir takes place in new French oak tonneaux, while the Sangiovese matures in 17hl barrels.

Tasting notes: Ruby red color. Nose: black cherry, pomegranate, black raspberry, sour plum, licorice, tobacco, medicinal herbs, leather, mossy rock, resin, sandalwood. Dry on the palate with balanced tannins and freshness and a long finish.

Food pairing: Goes well with various cheeses, white meat, pasta dishes

Alcohol content: 13.5 % vol. 

Serve at 16°-18°C
