Dattilo wine is a strong expression of the territory with great character and structure, persistent, spicy and intense on the nose. Harvested by hand, fermentation without the use of selected yeasts, yield per hectare of 50 quintals. 

Grape variety: Gaglioppo

Vinification: Ageing in large wooden barrels for 24 months, 12 months in bottle.

Tasting notes: Beautiful ruby red color. Nose: spicy and intense on the nose. Harmoniously. On the palate: strong expression of the territory, a gaglioppo with great character and structure.

Food pairing: fine meat dishes, game and aged cheeses.

Alcohol content: 14 %

Serve at 16°-18°C
