Nestled within the picturesque landscapes of Piemonte, Italy, Langhe Nascetta is a white wine variety that has long been a well-kept secret among wine connoisseurs. In recent years, this hidden gem has been gaining recognition for its unique qualities, distinctive character, and undeniable charm.

Grape variety: 100% Nascetta

Vinification: destemming, maceration on the skins for 8 hours and very soft pressing. Spontaneous fermentation, ageing in stainless steel tanks. Bottled in spring followed by 6 months of refining in bottle before being released on the market.

Tasting notes: Bright straw yellow color with golden reflections. The bouquet is fine and elegant, with hints of wild flowers and herbs, citrus and exotic fruits. In the mouth it is spicy and mineral.

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.

Food pairing: asparagus dishes, mozzarella or grilled squid with lemon and garlic.

Serving temperature: 10-12°C
