This Oltrepò Pavese Bonarda DOC didactically reflects the Croatina grape. Generous and at the same time elegant, it expresses freshness and extremely elegant wine. La Peccatrice is a product of pure simplicity and good acidity.

Grape variety: Croatina 100 %

Vinification: semi-sparkling wine produced from Croatina grapes only. The grapes are hand-harvested in small boxes once they are perfectly ripe. The bubbles are produced in a natural way through a secondary fermentation in stainless-steel vats.

Tasting notes: ruby red colour with purple highlights. Intense and persistent nose with notes of red wild fruits. Full-bodied, smooth, well-balanced and pleasant on palate.

Alcohol: 14.5 % vol.
