The wines of Villa Corniole evolve and transform themselves following the slow rhythms imposed by nature in the Cembra Valley. Mountain wines that assimilate a unique Terroir given by the extreme climate, which need to evolve slowly to express and maintain their potential and organoleptic characteristics over time.

Grape variety: Müller Thurgau 100%

Vinification: the grapes are harvested manually and selectively. The fermentation at a controlled temperature and the refinement for a few months take place in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes: pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections; the nose is fine and intense, with hints of aromatic herbs, elderberry, tropical fruit and citrus. Sapid, mineral, with pleasant acidity, typical characteristics of mountain wines. Dry and persistent.

Food pairing: ideal as an aperitif and with raw fish-based appetizers and cured meats. It also goes well with first courses with fish-based sauces, eggs, asparagus or mushrooms. Excellent pairing with freshwater fish.

Alcohol content: 13% vol.

Serving temperature: 10-12°C
