Ferrari Trento, is a prestigious producer of sparkling wines from the Trentino region in northern Italy. This winery has earned a stellar reputation for its commitment to quality and the production of exceptional Metodo Classico sparkling wines.

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay

Vinification: The Spumante Ferrari Maximum brut is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, which are harvested in the first half of September. The vineyards are located in different municipalities of the valleys Adige, Cembra and Laghi at altitudes between 300 and 700 meters above sea level. After the second fermentation, the brut is aged on the lees for 36 months.

Tasting notes: Intense straw yellow colour. In the nose sympathetic and intense. Notes of ripe stone fruit, some bread crust, hazelnuts and a varied floral bouquet. Elegant and harmonious on the palate. The brut has a remarkable personality with the typical fruity notes of Chardonnay, joined by yeasty aromas. Wholesome and persistent on the finish.

Food pairing: Delightful aperitif. Pair with salty pastries, olives or focaccia.

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.

Serving temperature: 8-10°C

Awards: Falstaff 93/100
