The wines of Villa Corniole evolve and transform themselves following the slow rhythms imposed by nature in the Cembra Valley. Mountain wines that assimilate a unique Terroir given by the extreme climate, which need to evolve slowly to express and maintain their potential and organoleptic characteristics over time.

Grape variety: Pinot Grigio 100%

Vinification: the grapes are harvested manually and selectively. The fermentation at a controlled temperature and the refinement for a few months take place in stainless steel tanks and a small part in barrique.

Tasting notes: straw yellow in color; the nose is fruity with mineral notes, delicate and intense. On the palate it is dry, soft, rich in fruity and persistent sensations.

Food pairing: excellent as an aperitif, it is well suited to be paired with baked au gratin first courses or tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, as well as second courses based on white meats or fish.

Alcohol content: 13% vol.

Serving temperature: 10-12°C
