In the beautiful vineyards where Ciù Ciù wines are made it seems that time has stopped to tell us the story of their origin. The dedication and tradition along with the belief that wine should represent the identity of the territory, give birth to a large selection of wines who represent their production areas.

Grape variety: Passerina

Vinification: Manual harvest. Cryomaceration of the grapes and then fermentation of the decated must with selected yeast at controlled temperature. Charmat-Martinotti method, second fermentation 25 days; 3 months maturation in bottle.

Tasting notes: beautiful light straw yellow color, with an even and soft foam fed by a fine and continuous perlage, strong is the olfactory intensity of fresh flowers and fruits on which the orange blossom emerges. On the palate, freshness prevails on a soft basis.

Food pairing: aperitifs, delicate starters with cold fish

Alcohol content: 12% vol. 

Serving temperature: 8-10°C
